Adam's field trip

Adams field trip was fun, we went to the Utah botanical garden, also known as the Utah house. The kids learned about how to preserve water and heat.

they learned how to make a duck out of a leaf. then Put it in a tub to see if it would float. Adams floated on its side

Then they learned about how flowers grow and how they get pollenated. They let the kids pull flowers apart for a hands on activity, it was pretty neat.

Then they learned about how seeds spread, and they made a bracelet made with seeds.

We went to the "Castle Park" in Kaysville for Lunch. It was very relaxing. and the kids had fun.

3 field trips in a day

That is what it felt like. On Tuesday I went with Tommy's 4th grade on A field trip. lets just say... RUN RUN RUN? that was how it felt.
First we went to the museum of art and history, watched a short video, then did a few rotations and BAM had to get back on the bus.

Then we rushed to the State Capitol building where I felt 100 Kids just RAN all over. I had a very hard time keeping up with the 2 kids I was in charge of.

Went to the park, had lunch, Then we went to the museum of natural history, WOW I've never been there before, and could have spent at least another hour or so.

They had the coolest frogs.

then back on the bus and BARELY made it back to school for some of the kids to catch the bus to go home.

He finally did it!

YAY. Kyle can FINALLY get into a sitting position by himself. YAY. Not that he is an unpleasant baby, but now he will be A LOT happier being able to see the world in a different view then laying down all the time.
