Another Katrina funny

K, so I had taken off and gone to my sisters house to go Christmas shopping, but we got snowed out. I came home to a Blue Daughter.
Then she was just dressed SO cute, I just had to get pictures. So I will share them with you!!!

Tommy's birthday

Well, Thomas just turned 10 on the 6th of December. He got a nice new blanket for his bed and a bakugon ball. I took him and 2 of his friends to see "BOLT" and then we went to the "chinese gourmet" for dinner.
Bolt was a really cute movie. It kinda reminded me a little of the Truman show. When we were walking out of the movie, adam turns to me and says "can we buy it when it comes out?" He really liked it.

So, on Wednesday night, I had taken the older boys to an activity at the church. The youth were putting on a "carnival" for the primary kids. It being so wonderful to DROP OFF the kids and Pick them up, I decided to take the time to go shopping with out them. So my niece, Mary, Katrina and I went to walmart. did a little grocery shopping. we got out of walmart so fast, surprisingly, we still had about 40 min to waist until I needed to pick up the boys (Kyle was left at home with daddy). We headed to the dollar store, figured we wouldn't spend much there. Katrina would not get into the shopping cart, she wanted to push it, so I let her. OMG she was SO funny. She was on her own little shopping spree. she'd stop, put something in the basket, then keep going. she wouldn't let me touch the cart, but I did prevent many bumps into people and shelves that had glass stuff on them. Heavens, I can't pay for any of it, even if it was only a dollar each. Anyway by the time we "ditched" the cart, (Yes, I'm a horrible person and didn't put any of it back) she had about 3 balls, 3 pig- piggy banks, a spool of ribbon, a baby doll, pens, a pencil holder, and an air freshener that she knocked off an end cap and she picked it up and put it in the cart. She also tried picking up a few other items, like pinesol and bubbles, but they were too heavy for her to lift. I thought we'd have a hard time getting her away from the cart, but no, she let go and headed straight for the door. Mary and I had a real good laugh. it was very funny and cute. If only I had had my camera with me, I would have taken a pic of the cart.

I did it!!

Yep, I signed up to be an Avon Rep again. I am so excited. Its been about 5 years since I sold it last, and I told my self "third time's a charm" Right?

Kyle's Dr appointment

Well I finally got him in to a new ped. It is hard switching insurance companies and Dr's. So he weighs 15.7 lbs and is 25 inches long. He is getting SO big. he is almost into 6-9 month clothes cuz he's so chunky. He wasn't too happy with the shots and showed it by eating then throwing it up all after noon and beign cranky on top of that. Boy I was so glad when he finally kept the Tylenol down and when it kicked in. Poor baby. but we have to do what we have to do.

These were taken at all different locations, but You get the general Idea. I made Adam's and Tommy's costumes.
We had a real fun day. We started out going to my Brother in law's work, then we went to my Grandpa's house. Then headed to my sisters house, then to my Dad's work. By then they had SO much candy. After my Dad's work we went to a "Trunk Or Treat" where they got even More candy. So we made the kids walk home and "trick or treated" and got even More candy. We have a TON of candy.

The Best Grandpa in the World!

Well I want you ALL to know what a Great Grandpa I have. Here he is on Halloween, all dressed up. He just turned 91 on the 20th of October. He was SO cute, he was growling at the kids. Who would have thought that a man of his age would have the "youthful" spirit to still dress up.

Little Girls

Katrina is so funny. She Loves to copy everything I do. Her "thing" right now is to put diapers on her baby dolls. I find kyle's diapers on her dolls all the time, and Now I am finding them folded up (as if to go in the garbage) with wet wipes in them. She is taking wet wipes and wiping her babies bum's. Its actually quite cute to watch.
Today I was holding Kyle trying to get him to settle down, and I had wrapped him in a blanket and was standing in my kitchen rocking back and forth, and here comes katrina with a baby wrapped in a blanket and she stands there and rocks back and forth in sync with me patting her baby on the back. So, I stopped and got off sync with her to see what she would do, well she stopped and got back on sync with me.
Sometimes her brothers will do things and I tell them Not to do them because she is watching. Adam's favorite thing to do is slide down the stairs on his Knees. (kinda hard to describe) I think I have finally got him to quit cuz that's the last thing I need katrina doing. She wouldn't make it past the first stair.

Rocket Man!!!

K, so I was at walmart today and guess what I found "ROCKET MAN" for only $7.50. I was SO happy. It has been the hardest movie to find. I looked for it on Ebay once and they wanted over $100 bucks for it. I almost got 2 copies today, but ended up putting one back because I found a game for Adam for Christmas. Now I have 2 Christmas presents purchased. I'm On my way... Christmas is less than 2 months away which means only about 4-5 paychecks. Have you got any of your shopping done?

Making Haunted houses

For an activity for the Salt Lake City Mommies group we got together and made haunted houses. It was really fun, I got to hang out with my sister and a few of my cousins that came. Here are our houses

Wow its been a while

Time goes Way too fast.
Katrina has kept me on my toes and I haven't gotten a chance to spend time on my computer. So Here is an overview of October.

My Niece had her baby blessed and I only got ONE picture cuz my batteries died on my camera. but here it is anyway since it is a pic of My Wonderful Grandfather who just turned 91 and his wife Maureen.


Here is some pictures of Kyle and my Great Niece Bryanna. I don't think she likes kyle too much, he kept hitting her. (they are 11 days apart)

Kyle's Blessing

We had Kyle blessed on Sunday Sept 28th. Then we had the family over for a luncheon. We had 2 4 generation pictures taken with Kyle, Me, My dad, and My Grandfather. Then we had Kyle, Bryan, His dad and His Grandfather.

Sept 24th we went to the gateway to see the Circus elephants. It sure made me want to go to the circus.

Adam's Birthday

Well, Adam just turned 7 on Tuesday September 23rd. Here is how it went.
After I got the kids out the door to school, I started cleaning there room, it was a Disaster. I had bought Adam a new set of sheets for his bed, so I changed there sheets and washed blankets. Then I sat and blew up balloons and filled his bed with balloons after it was made. When he got home from school he wouldn't go into his room. Neither would Tommy, it was kinda funny. Adam kept asking me to take him to the store to buy him presents. So I told him maybe his dad was stopping at the store on his way home from work. So as soon as Bryan got home, he went running out only to be disapointed that daddy didn't buy him a present. I finally got him to go into his room and boy was he surprised. Then we left and went to dinner. We let him choose where we went and we went to the Chinese Gourmet, one of our favorite places to go. While he was getting a plate I put a present on the spot where he was eating. Then he opened all his presents. When we got home, we had cake and we all sung to him. Then it was almost time for bed. He hadn't seen the sheets yet. After fighting the kids for a half hour to go to bed, I finally got them to go to bed. He was So surprised to see new sheets. I'm sure he had a great birthday, it was like one surprise after another for him.
