Bit by a Dog

Well, I guess I should be grateful for taking my kids to school instead of making them walk. Today I found out that my cousin's kids were walking home from school, and this dog Jumped the fence and came after them. The poor little boy got bit in the arm. The dog bit so hard that it punctured the boys arm and put a hole in the bone of his arm. He is in the hospital as I write this. I'm sure he'll be terrified of dogs from this instance. I feel so bad for the poor kid.

Running to School

Running to the school 3 times a day is really getting old. I really miss having a bus. I wish I had it in my power to get a bus again. In the last 4 years my oldest has been going to school, we have had a bus. Well the District decided they couldn't afford the "extra" bus and pulled our bus stop. We live 1.3 miles from the school, just .2 miles from having a bus. I do know that the people on the other street from me are 1.5 miles, but the district looks at it in a birdseye view. Do they really think our kids will ever FLY to school? But they wont give us a bus. How depressing.

Back in School

Well the kids are finally back in school. Man life is so crazy, will it ever slow down? I just feel like I run and run, all day long. "I need this, I need that." I just feel like I am constantly running to the store to get stuff for the kids. It is nice though to have some time to myself and My Daughter, except she doesn't like to shop. She cries most the time we are gone, unless of couse she has a bottle hanging out of her mouth.

Shopping on Ebay

Do you ever shop on ebay? I love to shop on ebay, it is the easiest way to get birthday presents. I usually check for deals on Scrapbooking stuff too. I watch the adds, then check out the products home page, then see what kind of deals I can get off of ebay. Sometimes the prices are so outragous, its not even funny. But you can get some of the best deals on ebay. I guess its just my way of "shopping around".

Fixing the car

Why does the car always break down? My hubby is always trying to fix the car. My job just kills the car. Infact he is out there fixing it now. He made me run and pick him up a new tire, they are so expensive. But needing the tire, I went and got it. At least I didn't have to take the kids with me. They were playing at there friends house. He is fixing the lower control arm, and I believe something called the half-shaft? I don't know much about cars, other than it costs a lot to fill in gas, and a lot to keep running.

The Weirdest Thing

I was getting ready to leave the other morning, and kid you not the weirdest thing happened. I was going back in the house to grab one last thing, and all of the sudden this little creature came crawling out of my garage. Oh I wanted to pick it up so bad, but didn't in fear that it would bite. A friend saw me and came to see what I was looking at. She said it was a salomandor. Where on earth did it come from? It just crawled away, never to be seen again, yet.

Kids toys

Do you ever wonder why you buy your kids so many toys? I'm to the point I just want to throw them all away. They never play with them. With school in now, they don't have time to play with them. I am going to clean there room when they are in school and eliminate a majority of there toys. Most of there toys are the ones they get out of happy meals. My oldest is almost too old for Happy meals. Lately I have been trying to get him to just get a "Meal". Because then he wont be hungry. My 8 year old is always hungry...

I think I'll just buy them clothes for Christmas.

Bowling

I joined a bowling league about 2 years ago. It is SO much fun. Our league starts agian next Thursday. I can't wait. We went to a meeting last night to discuss everything, then my mother in law and I bowled a couple of games. She won the first game, and I won the second. I haven't had the chance to do much bowling this summer, so I am a little rusty. It will pick up. I can't wait.

Complaining

Why do people complain? Delivering papers is Such a pain. But I can't seem to keep people happy... Do they Know what the Carrier goes thru to get them there paper EVERYDAY, 365 days a year, by 6:30 AM??? I could sure give them some complaints.

Poor Baby

Hello.. Today is tuesday... My poor baby has a nice rash all over her body... I get to go sit in the Dr. office to find out why. I hope everything is ok. I really just believe its because she is teething. Poor thing. I gave her some teething tablets, and they knocked her out. It was so nice to have a break from the screaming all morning. Off to the Dr.
